I specialize in helping adults access their bodies’ innate ability to release and heal from the pain of the past and find joy in the present.

I don’t believe that therapy should be cold and clinical. Instead, it should be a collaborative relationship where you feel seen, heard and safe being fully yourself. My clients walk away from therapy feeling more resilient and capable of successfully meeting life’s challenges.

This free, no-obligation call is an opportunity for us to get to know each other. We’ll discuss what brings you to therapy, I’ll tell you a little about my approach, and if you decide we’ll be a good fit, we’ll schedule our first session.

In our sessions, we’re not just going to talk. We’re going to do. Each week will be a combination of conversation and proven therapeutic practices designed to bring your nervous system back into a regulated state, release trauma from your body, and connect with your innate capacity for resilience.

Step 3: Embracing life with vitality and resilience

I don’t measure progress by how great our sessions are. The real measure of growth is in you becoming a more embodied, integrated and interconnected self with the ability  to trust your own wisdom, give yourself effective care, and show up authentically to your important relationships.
