There's a fuller, more alive version of yourself waiting to be met.
Somatic Therapy for LGBTQ+ Individuals and Men Navigating Sexuality and Intimacy in Nashville, TN
Jeremy Lehmann, LMFT, SEP
You've done the inner work.
And something still feels just out of reach.
You know your patterns. You know where they come from. You can probably articulate them better than most. And yet here you are, still reacting in ways you can't quite explain, still feeling disconnected from yourself or the people you care about, still sensing that something essential is missing.
That gap between understanding and actually living differently is exactly where I work.
Your body is holding more than your mind has been able to resolve, and more wisdom than you've been taught to trust. Learning to work with what's there, rather than around it, creates opportunities for change that talking alone often can't.
Hey. I’m Jeremy.
I'm a somatic psychotherapist and Somatic Experiencing Practitioner in Nashville. I work with people who are done managing their experience from a distance and ready to inhabit their lives more fully. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that your body is one of our most powerful resources for lasting change.
What brings people to me
-
What if your body has been trying to tell you something important? Body-based therapy that goes beyond symptom relief toward greater presence, connection, and aliveness.
-
More than just a safe space. Culturally attuned care from someone who gets it from the inside, for LGBTQ+ individuals navigating identity, shame, and relationships.
-
Sexuality is about more than what happens in the bedroom. A shame-free, body-aware approach to intimacy, desire, and the relational patterns that get in the way.
-
hen the place that was supposed to offer belonging becomes a source of harm, the impact runs deep. Support for rebuilding a sense of self and reclaiming your own sense of meaning and belonging.
How I work.
I show up as a real person, not a blank slate. Our sessions are conversational, collaborative, and grounded in genuine curiosity about who you are and what you're moving toward.
We won't just work with what's stuck. We'll also build on what's already working, developing your capacity for resilience, self-awareness, and embodied presence over time.
I don't use approaches that only work in the therapy room. Everything we do together is something you can take with you, into your relationships, your daily life, and the moments that matter most.
You've done enough surviving.
It's time to start living.
If any of this resonates, I'd love to connect. A free consultation is a chance to ask questions, get a feel for how I work, and see if we'd be a good fit. No pressure, no commitment. Just a conversation.
