I offer both! Sometimes it’s more convenient for clients to do sessions from home, others feel more comfortable meeting remotely, and some do a combination of both.

I am available for Telehealth sessions Monday – Thursday.

I am available for in-person sessions Wednesday and Thursday.

I charge $170 for 50 minutes.

I am not in-network with any insurance plans. I am happy to provide you with a superbill/receipt for you to request reimbursement (or partial reimbursement) from your insurance company. Not all insurance companies provide reimbursement, and you will need to contact your provider to see if this is an option.

I have a limited number of sliding-scale sessions available. Please contact me to learn more.

The first step is to either fill out my contact form, or to call me at (615) 823-0701. If I am unavailable, I will return your call or message within 1-2 business days to schedule a 20-minute consultation.

The point of the free phone consultation is for me to get a better idea about what you’re looking for and to give you the opportunity to ask whatever questions you have about working together.

If we’re a fit, we will coordinate availability and get you scheduled.
