Group Therapy in Nashville

As humans, we all need and crave meaningful connection, but for many gay men, feelings of shame, isolation, and the fear of truly being ourselves can be especially challenging. In our sessions, we'll explore interpersonal themes to help you connect more genuinely with yourself, build and sustain healthy relationships with others, and address the obstacles that get in the way of the connection you deserve.

This experiential group is designed for gay men who have some individual work in therapy and are ready to build on that work in a supportive environment with other gay men.
